An existing WDF driver for a PCI arcnet card was extented to
support also a PC104+ card version. The PC/104+ card offers two
arcnet controllers COM20022 by SMSC and so two arcnet interfaces.
As PCI controller works a PLX PCI9052 controller. The driver can
used at Windows Vista, XP and Windows 2000.
